For almost 30 years I have been supporting medium-sized companies as a project manager and interim manager in their realignment. This realignment can start with the review and adjustment of the strategy or focus on the optimization of the structural and process organization in selected functional areas. The focus is then on order processing, production as well as purchasing and procurement. Of course, all value-adding and support processes are analyzed and designed according to Lean Management principles.
In addition, I coach owners, managers and project leaders. The training of project managers is done "on the job".
